Fees required for a single person in a single room: first weeks rent $250 + Letting Fee $250 + 1 week deposit $250 = Total $750.

Fees required for a single person in a double room with balcony: first weeks rent $250 + Letting Fee $250 + 1 week deposit $250 = Total $750.

Additional person at extra $50 per week in a double room. Move in costs for two people: first weeks rent $300 + Letting Fee $300 + 1 week deposit $300 = Total $900.
